My journey began thousands of miles away, where flavors were bold, celebrations were sweet, and every family moment had something delicious at its heart. When I moved to Canada, I carried not just memories, but a deep love for the desserts that shaped my life.

What started as a simple wish to recreate those comforting tastes in my new home slowly turned into something bigger — a passion to write new "chapters" of dessert stories that blend my roots with the place I now call home.

At The Dessert Chapter, every creation has a story — from nostalgic milk cakes infused with saffron and cardamom, to festive sweets inspired by the seasons around us.
